That auction would be for a TWGS that I upgraded
for a friend about 4 years ago...
I've upgraded FOUR (4) TWGS cards to 12.5Mhz
since 1998. All had stock cache boards, no mods
were done besides putting on new cables, 20mhz
WDC CPU, and a new oscillator.
With a good CPU connector on the motherboard,
good powersupply, and a fan, ALL of the cards
ran stable...
I don't know where you guys get your information..
Cache having something to do with Mhz upgradability?
Not in **my** experience.. and I was the one who
upgraded the card which is up for auction.
