I guess the other major changes that are worth noting are the addition
(or some might say removal) of non-destructive delete in 1.3/1.4 (I
seem to recall 1.4 was only different from 1.3 in that it removed a
65C02 instruction that caused issues on older Apple II's)

1.5 bought along the (working) ATINIT infrastructure to support the
Workstation card. Always found that one funny - after finally producing
an OS that didn't need to be patched to support new storage technology,
they had to introduce a pretty big change to handle network filesystems
:-)
