Hi Aaron.

If you have an older Mac with a PDS slot, you can get a Apple IIe card
for it.  Your only shot here would be ebay.  Likewise, if you have a
Apple IIGS and an older Mac, you can easily network them via AppleTalk.

If you still have an Apple II, your best bet is to use ADT, which only
requires a serial cable (and serial card in the Apple if its not a GS).
 ADT can easily transfer your data to a PC.
