law, is either black or white (or "not applicable", which,
I suppose, makes the law a tri-state system ;-).
Nothing is ever "sort of" legal or "somewhat" illegal.
This is what makes a coin toss so useful in deciding. ;-)
The only "analog" thing in the law has to do with the amount
of fines, damages, or sentences.
