Can you describe this PAL circuit. I know that the IIe has a PAL version
motherboard that is very different from the NTSC IIe.

But my computer is a II+, not a IIe. What is the difference between NTSC
II+ motherboard and PAL II+ motherboard beyond the jumpers and the quartz?

As far as I know, there is no II+ that can do PAL color without a card.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

The Apple motherboard should not care, should it? It gets only DC
current from the power supply, not AC. My monitor (TV set) is a 220
Volt/50 Hz model already.

The monitor is a multinorm model, it has no problem with 50Hz or with
60Hz. I tested with a DVD player.

The monitor should switch automatically, but it doesn't with the Apple.
There is no manual switch.

Thanks for the hint. I myself was the person who made that PDF, thus I
have read it already. But I agree it is a very good book.
