You could try reseating all the IC's on the Motherboard. You may even want
to remove them and clean the leads with a pencil eraser depending on how
dirty they are. I small wire brush in a Dremmel works well too.

I have already tried what you suggested with no lucky, I will try to get
spares for the various IC on the motheboard to sustitute them. It seems
to me that this computer works much like a IIe, amd I think that the
problem is related to the mode the video display is updated. As I
understood from previous post this is also related to the ram refresh
cycle. But for now this the only information I have.
In any case thank you for your suggestion.
