If you buy from spammers, you validate their spamming methods.

Don't give them what they want.

At work, one of our hardware gurus uses a toaster oven with a thermometer
stuck in the side to attach BGA packages (containing things like DSPs, MPEG
compressors, and PCI-to-PCI bridges) to boards.  Temperature is monitored
and adjusted manually.  It works well enough for prototype use; at least it
eliminates the turnaround time associated with having someone else attach
BGAs.  (OTOH, that outside company can X-ray the board to make sure all of
the pins are attached.  We don't have that capability in-house, but it's not
been a problem so far AFAIK.)

Googling for "smd toaster oven" should produce useful results.  Someone else
mentioned Spark Fun; their website came up first in the results.
