all i can say is looking at the auction it seems...if i am correct 
here...all the serial numbers of all the items match and they also match the 
box/complete etc has orig integer chips...etc ie not messed with or seems to 
be used much

not sure but sometimes you look at people bidding on 'collectable ap2 items' 
and they are from japan...i sometimes see germany...

as ebay becomes more integraged overseas and collectables flow more freely 
(or word gets around...it is not rare you can just eat the shipping from the 
usa)

i think it will level out....

me i want to see some of those russian and chinese char clone ii+'s pop on 
to the market....i need ii keyboard parts....etc...

anyway not that i know what i'm talking about my 2c worth
