I just saw Woz at Shoreline on July 4th. The San Francisco Symphony
plays there every year. I sat in the row just behind his booth. I am
Los Gatos alumni so I went to highschool with some of his kids (and
step kids).

What is Woz doing these days? Oh, playing with his laser pointer during
the shows (a big no, no, unless you are the owner :) ). Playing with
his handheld computers. He hardly ever looks up. My cousins husbund
watched a show with Woz in his booth once (his date was an Olympic
swimmer Woz was sponsoring). He just played with his laptop the entire
time.

Woz's 3rd? wife? was with him at Shoreline on the 4th. She had on a
Shoreline employee outfit with a big gold Shoreline Medallion around
her neck. You know who's toy Shoreline is now :). God I hope she isn't
Adam's mother (a friend of mine from Los Gatos High). She isn't a
trouphy wife by the way (she is in her 40s). I looks like Woz learned
that lesson.

I suppose there is 1 degree (or it is 2?) of seperation between Woz and
I. But I don't know him personally. He is a good guy. He has donated a
lot to my old High School (computers, CAM lab, etc...). I don't think
his kids ever used the CAM lab and they don't need the computers.
