I have thought about it in the past, but I've no practical Linux
experience, so it's a bit of a hurdle, besides at $20 a year CCN is
pretty good bang for the buck. Long distance isn't a problem
since I have a great flat-rate package with Primus: $25/month unlimited in
Canada and the US, plus the single charge covers 3 numbers (home and two
offices), for all intents and purposes my dial-up is free :)
