    check the thread "Duodisk - Three questions" (just google it). You will 
find amongst the replies also a brief description on how to open the duodisk 
which I posted on the 17th of January 2006.

    You didn't describe the problem though: does the drive spin but fails 
accessing the disk or is it completely dead?
