Do you know about Apple II disk drive hooked up to PC? How is the disk image
transferred from Apple into PC?
It's not that easy.
The problem isn't so much with the drive as with the controller,
and it takes some trickery to read the information on an Apple
5.25" disk on a PC 5.25" drive (and an Apple drive isn't a real
possiblity without hard-to-get hardware with an Apple controller).
Check into DSK2FDI for a possible way to proceed using just a
PC with two floppy drives (one 5.25", of course).
You might also want to read the A2 FAQs on this topic--it's
been around as long as the hills.
