I've used most of those at some point in time or another, but
admittedly I've grown to be quite a shameless fanboy of AppleWin
(unless I happen to feel lazy and hit the virtual apple site to play a
//gs game or something)  Something about visible active development,
rich emulator/debugger features and a very attractive non-existant
price tag hit the sweet spot for me. ;-)  That and Tom (and the other
current recently signed-on co-authors) are all very responsive and
friendly folk.  Gives the whole thing a real feel-good sort of vibe.
