The colour burst is omnipresent in graphics modes. Even mixed mode with
4 lines of text you get the fringy colour bust issues.

The IIe/IIc disable colour burst in text mode by shunting the signal,
and even then you can get leakage will will be enough to trip colour
decoding on many televisions.
