LOMEM indicates the start of applesoft variables, where HIMEM indicates
the end of available memory for applesoft variables.
Usually, LOMEM is set to the end of the basic program and HIMEM is set
just below the start of DOS. So in your case You'd want to set LOMEM
to $4000 hex, or 16384.
