Thankyou. I wasn't sure if it were possible to do something like that
with negative volatges.

I feel horribly uncomfortable with v<0. Someone elses input on this was
needed, well and truly.

The 7905 should be capable of supporting the drain. the -5v and -12v on
any supply is tiny.
On a completely uninformed guess I'd say the SuperSerial cards would
use the negative voltages.

It'd have a heatsink anyway. I always add them to voltage regulators.

Now to draw something up.
