If you extract them with "convert for use in Windows" mode enabled,
you can convert the entire disk full of images in one shot. They will
become Window BMP files with an appropriate color depth.
If you only want to do one or two, you can copy & paste from the file
viewer into PhotoShop.
PrintShop images are 88x52, but for the proportions to be correct you
need to double the height and triple the width (at least, that's what
the PrintShop GS editor does). I decided not to do this in CiderPress
because it would make some types of image manipulation harder.
