Most of them got swept away when ShrinkIt showed up.

I'm still looking for DDD Deluxe 4.0/5.0 sources.  It'd be nice to
have support for that.

On http://www.faddensoftware.com/ I have file indices for the Asimov and
Ground file repositories (i.e. file listings of disk images).  It can
be useful to text-search through these when looking for specific programs.
(It would be more useful if it also expanded file archives.  Someday.)

I have output for some Apple II CD-ROMs, but the MDC output format doesn't
work well for those.  With deeply-nested directories, the filenames are
too long for the fixed-width field.
