Re: Transwarp Card problems

Hey guys.

How I wish they were GAL's! They are actually PAL's. A slightly different
animal of which I won't bore everyone here with the details.

I'm actually debating about cracking the TransWarp PAL's. I have one
cracked now actually. I had cracked the GAL's of the TransWarp GS, a
slightly different board which is IIgs specific - I think. Never actually
tried in a IIe to tell the truth, but if they did work I think AE would have
said something about it. ;-) Would be nice though - an 8 to 9 MHz 16-bit
IIe. Oh wait! They have that already... called the IIgs.

You may also want to try a new CPU on the card too - available now in our
on-line Store. (shameless plug) I've seen them get a little flaky from time
to time. Trying another Power Supply wouldn't be a bad idea either. One of
Steve Buggie's or our 200w Power Supply (another shameless plug) would also
be a good idea.

If it is one of the PAL's then you're out of luck for right now. Feel free
to send me the board and I'll take a look at it if you get stumped. Email
on the account is good or on the Website - 'About Us'.
