Of course, NOTHING is ever as simple as we'd like it to be.  The parts
arrived from IEC and I found out they'd shipped me crimp style DSub
connectors instead of solder-cup.  Sigh.  Do I have a crimp tool? Or
the crimp pins or sockets? Of course not.

I'm going to go to Home Depot for some other stuff I need and I'm going
to cross my fingers that maybe in the electrical section they have some
stuff I need.
