I have a copy of the manual for the Serial Interface Card and the firmware listing is for Revision 3 dated July 21, 1978 written by James R Huston (P7-03 P8-01). Looks like P7 is the 256 byte slot ROM while P8 is a 512 byte ROM covering $C800..$C9FF. I cannot read who signed the schematic.
