I have an 1979 Apple II+ case, keyboard, power supply.. but with a II
lid, and what I believe to be a II motherboard (820-0001-03).. it has
the very dark green slots, ram selector blocks, Integer Basic,
Programmer's AID, and original monitor (non-autostart).    Gee, why
don't I trade parts with the serial #5 guy?


Along those lines, would you help me complete this motherboard chart as
best as possible?
