I *may* have a copy of this in the original box. I got several boxes of
stuff quite a while back that I've never been through. However, I am
most certainly not able to go through it all at this time. I had hip
replacement surgery less than two weeks ago so I can't dig out the boxes
that stuff is in. It'll be several weeks before I want to consider
that, so if you don't find anything in that time, let me know, either
here or through e-mail and I'll see if I'm willing to dig through some
boxes at that time.
