I use ZLink on the apple (prodos) and Hyperterminal on the PC (because
it's there) and can transport stuff realtively okay at 9600 baud via
XModem.  If you don't have hyperterminal, I can email you a .dsk image
(ready to send with ADT) that boots zlink.  AGate is great for its
z-modem download support but it can be a little iffy.  Still, zmodem is
a lot better in many ways if you can get agate to work.
