Yeah.. some of the comments also mention "pseudo track 11" and VTOC, so
I'd venture that it's the source for a RAMDisk driver for DOS 3.3

I'd imagine though that the terminator probably required a fully
populated RamWorks card + accelerator to function with the efficiency
he did :-)
