It gets its' timing signal from 7M...  Divides by 2, gets 3.6.

Should be a simple divider on the card...  cut the pin off
the chip, or bend it out of the socket.

bridge the dividers input and output pins on the solder side...

Maybe have to upgrade the rest of the chips to handle
increased speed?
