After the recent hack that came out that allowed Intel Macs to run 
WinXP, at least one place did some benchmarking with it and found the 
MacBook Pro to be one of the fastest XP laptops out there.  Disregarding 
3D graphics for which there wasn't a driver at the time.  Apple fixes 
that with BootCamp.
