I think the best port of "Out of this world"/"Another World" was the
Sega Megadrive version.    Very smooth playback at fullscreen, and best
sound of any port hands down.  It was also the only port to contain the
sequel "Heart of the Alien" which was done in the same style but kinda
sucked and left you feeling rather... uhhh... empty.  (Lester deserved
a better ending, I'll leave it at that.)
