Shaston Font

Hi all,

anybody got a working version of the Shaston font for use on the Mac? 
You can download it here:

but unfortunately, MacOS X reports that this particular bitmap is 
orphaned from its parent Postscript font, which means I can't export 
layouts created with InDesign to PDF or anything else for that matter, 
using that font.

Anyone made their own Shaston font for use with modern systems from 
this venerable IIgs system typeface? Or does anyone know how to 
effectively fix a bitmap font to stop making OS X think it's orphaned 
from a Postscript font?
