16M DOS.MASTER image

Here's my backup of my 16meg CF card with dos.master loaded on it. The 
prodos basic file autoloads dosmaster but that can be removed and you can go 
into dos only when you need. The first volume is the one that will boot and 
I have a menu program that you can keep or trash, whatever you want. Several 
images are already loaded but just copy something else into that directory 
if you don't want those files.
