I know that SourceForge has started to clean up projects that are low
traffic and don't have a reachable owner.  If the e-mail address from
the original KEGS onwer is no longer valid it might have been removed.

Did the project ever have a CVS repository with source code?  I thought
it was essentially just using SourceForge as download hosting.
