Bill,

    No, I stated earlier.  Video ROM chip with MouseText, 6502 CPU, and 
unenhanced Apple //e's CD-EF ROM chips are working fine.  I do not encounter 
any problems with video ROM chip.  The problem is that it has to deal with 
65C02 CPU.  I will try to swap CD-EF ROM chips to be enhanced Apple //e 
while 6502 CPU remains.  If it is working fine, it may be a problem with 
65C02 CPU.
