Hello,

    I suspect that GS RAM card is bad.  Try to use diagnostic by holding 
option-open apple-control-reset.  If it shows "Bad System", remove GS RAM 
card off the motherboard and rerun diagnostic again.  If it shows "Good 
System", it tells that GS RAM card is defective.
    Try to replace another RAM expansion card and see if it works.
