Bonjour questions

So if I have ITunes installed on Windows, and the Bonjour service is 
installed, which advertises everything, what do I do if I go to a hotspot 
and don't want everyone else in the (cafe/airport lounge) to see my ITunes 
music?  

If I install a Bonjour-enabled printer in my office, how do I keep it from 
showing up on everyone else's list of available printers?  I don't want the 
whole building to see my printer. 

None of Apple's marketing blurbs about how great Bonjour is for sharing 
everything under the sun say anything about how to not share stuff once 
Bonjour is installed.
