CiderPress v2.4.0 released

CiderPress v2.4.0 has been released. New features:

 - Added support for HFS volumes, up to 2GB. This allows you to:
   - Create HFS disk images.
   - Add, view, rename, and delete files. Change file and creator
types, using either 4-letter HFS types or Apple II ProDOS types.
   - Open HFS volumes, such as CFFA partitions and CD-ROMs. You can
now pull data off of HFS-formatted Apple II CD-ROMs from Windows
without losing the file type info. Copy & paste into a disk image
     or ShrinkIt archive.
 - Added "Tab" as a keyboard accelerator for the file viewer.
 - Added "Paste Special". This lets you choose whether or not files
should be pasted with their full pathnames. (The choice has always
been there, but it required editing a preference before.)
 - Identify and reformat Merlin source code. The fields are tabbed
   to appropriate positions.
 - Show progress/cancel dialog when scanning disks. Handy for slow
sources, such as CD-ROMs with several ProDOS volumes.
 - Recognize Macintosh-partitioned images with certain irregularities.
 - Filenames are now "sanitized" for display in CiderPress and MDC. This
is mainly for HFS files using Macintosh Roman characters.

Bug fixes:

 - Fixed handling of "reserved" filenames under Windows (CON, PRN, etc).
 - Fixed handling of unquoted text in DATA statements when importing
   Applesoft from a text file.

My thanks go to Dave Touvell, Jeff Fink, and Glenn Jones for agreeing
to beta-test this version.
