Okay, so I was wrong in thinking it was the memory. There are two other
things I haven't tried yet - checking the microswitch that tells the
Imagewriter that it has a color ribbon, and making sure he's done the
printer settings in the software properly. I'll look into it later this
week when I get him his keyboard.
