I saw the TurboRez in action in Boston back in 1992.  What a sweet
demo.  That card had limitless potential.  Makes me really hate
Sequential for what they did: rush the Second Sight to market with all
of its flaws.

The way to go would be to have a graphics engine with new video modes
and capabilities, but just output the existing RGB stream (just scan
doubled into VGA) when in classic GS modes.
