I've added scans of the instructions for Tic Tac Talker / Spectrum Analysis
to the web page.

Tic Tac Talker is a lo-res Tic-Tac-Toe game played with voice input.
Spectrum Analysis is a tool for use with voice recognition; it displays
a lo-res plot of spoken words. So say the instructions; I don't have
an emulator that handles cassette input, and my IIgs doesn't have a
cassette jack.
