Hmm. There are two copies here:
Asimov/images/games/strategy/SSI/roadwar_2000.zip
Asimov/images/games/strategy/SSI/roadwar_2000_alt.zip
but they appear to be the same. There's another here:
Asimov/unsorted/roadwar.zip
but, as you said, it's only one disk (and the checksum doesn't match
the other two).

However, the Zip file CRCs for the disk images match up with those
from Asimov, so I wouldn't expect them to behave any differently.
