I've written a BASIC front-end to allow you to access Cybernoid 1 &
2; and all the tunes/SFXs. Use keys: 1, 2, A-P, Esc.

NB. Cybernoid2, tune#0: this sounds out-of-tune in AppleWin (5 secs
into the tune). This is during a period of rapid freq modulation. I
don't know if this is AppleWin's emulation or something else.

The playback routine is now slightly different: I now playback on both
AY8910s. This might give better results on a real MB.
