Need a few testers

I've added a few features to CiderPress, the most significant of which
is support for the HFS filesystem (up to 2GB). This allows access to
larger volumes on hard drives and CFFA cards, and lets you copy & paste
Apple II data from CD-ROMs (A2ROMulan, Byteworks Opus ][, etc.) directly to
disk images.

Rather than reimplement the wheel, I used parts of the "hfsutils"
package by Robert Leslie. It appears this was also used in HFV Explorer,
and I expect it's pretty stable.

I haven't used HFS much, so I could use some help testing this out. If
you are a registered owner of CiderPress, use HFS disks with some
regularity, and would be willing to spend some time testing it over the
next few days, please send me an e-mail. I'll send out instructions on
where to find it tomorrow evening (Thursday Feb 9, PST).

The finished product should ship in a week or so.
