According to http://lowendmac.com/500/lc575.shtml , the LC575 can
run MacOS 7.1 through 8.1.  It can also take an Apple IIe card.

I can make a set of MacOS 7.1 800KB diskettes with my Macintosh,
then use my Apple II to create ShrinkIt disk images and email them
to you.  Can you transfer files from your PC to your Apple II?
