Sure, if it's possible to copy the FPGA on the TransWarp IIgs.

The main thing with a set of new "D" version GAL's will be that they can run 
faster and cooler then their version "A" brothers that were used on the 
TransWarp.  So higher speeds then 14 MHz should be possible.  I still need 
to do some testing, but I have high hopes.

Cold boot problems?  I wonder why that is?  TransWarp IIgs specific?
