If the sticker is missing on the EPROM it's a good indicator that it's
a Rev. B card because of the age, and the sticker falling off.

But ... that does not mean it's not just a case of someone peeling it
off for fun and then it falling off because it's weakened, after they
see this 'window' into the thing and cover it back up.

If the ROM is a 27128 it's most likely a Rev. C.  Thats what the
replacement ROM was. If it's a 2764, it's original.

The Rev. B on the PCB means nothing other than the revision of the PCB
itself.
