The Ramworks II/III hold up to 1.5MB while the Apple "Slinky" Memory
card only holds 1MB (as does the Ramfactor which was AE's Slinky card).

Programs can execute out of Aux slot RAM but have to be copied out of
slot RAM cards first.

If you have a PAL or International NTSC IIe motherboard the Ramworks II
will not fit as the Aux slot is to close to the rear of the
motherboard. I understand the III was released to fix this.
