You'll need the SCSI version of the Zip drive for the IIgs. They can
be had for relatively cheap on ePay - hopefully you won't get one
infected with the infamous Click-of-Death. And, obviously, the card
to plug into.

Yes, i have both ( thought i mentioned that in an earlier post ).
Drive works on a PC. Tried 2 SCSI cards. ( one apple, one fastRAM )
No dice. Thats why i decided to give up and just wait for the CFFA.
Um, RAMfast, right?
In connecting any SCSI device, you have to consider IDs and
termination. If you've already done all that, never mind.
If you haven't, read the Apple II SCSI FAQ.

I have both a ram fast and a OEM apple scsi card.
The zip i have has switches for both termination and ID.. So ive tried
all combinations..
After an afternoon of frustration i gave up.
The ramfast appears to work, as it does go into bios and tries to scan.
The Zip works on a PC..
Just the combination isnt happy..
Going to scare up a SCSI HD ( once i get an adaptor ) and try it too.
