copying pascal disks how?

on those digicard disks i have side 2 of one that is pascal utils

i also have sider hd disks that are pascal utils

not sure how to copy them will a straight copy A type copy work ie...regular
copy with copy 2 plus?

or if i just bit copy the whole thing 1 track at a time?

or something else...i also have partitions on various siders that prob
should be archived..so how do i copy these pascal partitions

anyway figured i'd ask....not like i can test them afterwards i don't think
(don't know pascal stuff)
