Changes to the FPBASIC file would be noticed only on an original
Integer BASIC Apple II, since every Apple II after that had
Applesoft in ROM so it would never be loaded.  It makes sense
to patch the Integer BASIC file, as I have done, but not the
Applesoft BASIC file.
