In various manuals, Apple has published the listing of the monitor ROM
(and extensions such as 80-column support) for the Apple ][, Apple ][+,
unenhanced IIe, enhanced //e and at least two revisions of the //c
(original and "UniDisk").

The main part consistently missing is Applesoft BASIC. I don't recall
whether Integer BASIC was listed.

I seem to recall that the self-test firmware in the IIe and IIc wasn't
listed.

The IIc listing for the "UniDisk 3.5" ROM includes the bank-switched
portion of the ROM, including the rudimentary AppleTalk code, SmartPort,
etc.
