I have seen all three of the ones you named.  I actually used UniDOS
extensively with my Laser 128ex as it was one of the better ways of
handling DOS files on the 3.5 inch floppies.  The other two, I might
have copies of in my library but will have to check.  It seems to me
ESDOS II was part of a software package and not necessarily a separate
OS but ofcourse, 20 years later, my memory escapes me on that one.
